

In between storms I managed to sneak out for a quick paint trip outside.
I did the major block in and painting outside then added the finishing details back in my dry studio a few days later.
Sooner or later it HAS to get nice again!

I can't believe how fast the light changes working outside but there is definitely a sensitivity that comes with beginning the work outside.
This is lovely. I love the way you use color. It's beautiful!
From the looks of your pastel piece, I think you have a handle on it : ) Once the block in is down, the rest is just details. You pastel people get all the awesome colors to play with though.
